About this role
We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and operate modern infrastructure and storage platforms across hybrid and cloud‑native environments.
You will work on business‑critical platforms supporting high‑performance workloads, with a strong focus on reliability, scalability, and security. This role combines platform engineering, DevOps, and SRE practices, with real ownership of infrastructure lifecycle and operational excellence.
Tasks
Design, implement, and operate infrastructure and storage platforms (e.g. Weka, Qumulo, Ceph)
Build and maintain cloud‑native and Kubernetes‑based environments
Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code and automation (Terraform, Ansible, scripting)
Operate and improve CI/CD pipelines and platform automation workflows
Ensure observability (monitoring, logging, tracing) and system reliability
Handle incidents, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
Support capacity planning, scalability, and high availability
Contribute to continuous improvement of platform reliability and resilience
Expectations
Strong experience in infrastructure engineering / platform operations
Hands-on experience with distributed storage systems (Weka, Qumulo, Ceph)
Solid knowledge of Kubernetes and container platforms
Experience with Vault or similar secrets management tools
Strong understanding of DevOps and SRE practices
Experience with IaC (Terraform, Ansible) and CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of observability tools, monitoring, and incident management
Strong troubleshooting skills and understanding of scalability & resilience
Experience working with Linux environments and cloud-native systems
Scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar)
Proactive, improvement-driven mindset
Nice to have:
Experience in regulated environments / security & compliance
Knowledge of data protection, encryption, and access control models
Familiarity with GDPR and security standards
Experience with audit, logging, and compliance reporting
