As an AI Engineer at the company, you will be:
Implementing Azure OpenAI API for applications.
Implementing RAG systems.
Working with open source models to fine-tune and apply them for clients.
Experimenting with different ML techniques.
Creating PoC, MVP of AI applications.
Designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models.
Leading AI project implementations.
Collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams.
Researching new techniques, models and approaches to apply AI in retail, healthcare, finance and general industries .
Salary ranges:
PLN 12 000 - 19 200 monthly NET (Long-term B2B contract) + 16 paid days off.
PLN 10 000 - 16 000 monthly gross (Contract of employment).
Requirements
Must have:
Previous experience with software development (ideally 3-4 years of commercial experience);
Strong proficiency in Python and relevant AI frameworks;
~2 years of hands-on experience with LLM/GenAI applications;
Knowledge how RAG, embeddings, vector databases work;
Experience with agentic workflows;
Familiarity withOpenAI / Microsoft APIs;
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Microsoft);
Experience with Langchain, autogen (AI Agent) or other LLM agentic framework;
Excellent communication skills in English – both verbal and written (C1+);
Based in European Union.
Nice to have:
Experience with open-source LLMs (e.g. Llama, Mistral).
Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Experience with voice AI or multimodal systems.
AI-related certifications.
Frontend and backend development experience.
